    Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Mineral Technology (1976) and an MBA (1994) from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He is a member of the Institute of Directors (NZ), and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

    René has worked on early-stage, resource development and active mining projects in a wide variety of geological settings, in countries in Africa, Asia, Australasia, North America and Europe, and across multiple commodities.

  • NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Michelle has over 35 years’ experience in mining, exploration, consulting, and the public sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Australia and was responsible for the development of successful mining projects in Western Australia that are still in operation today.

  • CORPORATE STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT

    Craig is experienced in company management, mining, and exploration. He has two decades of experience in company and not-for-profit governance, and founded a highly successful IT-innovation brand that is established in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australasia.

  • GENERAL MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Campbell is based at RSC’s Wellington office and manages the company’s Business Development. He has worked globally in the minerals industry for twenty-five years with experience covering mineral exploration and mining, business development, stakeholder relations, investment promotion and joint industry/academia research.

  • GENERAL MANAGER CONTRACT SERVICES

    Bernadette has a BSc (Hons) in Geology from the Australian National University. She has over 10 years’ experience in the exploration and mining industry, on projects across all Australian states. Her experience covers the technical aspects of exploration and project development, as well as project management, assisting in the planning and management of multi-million-dollar government and industry projects throughout Australia and overseas.

  • BUSINESS SERVICES MANAGER

    Stacey leads the RSC Business Services Team which supports all RSC business units.. With over 10 years management experience within the resources sector in general and operational management positions, Stacey has a track record of refining business practices and processes, business growth, workforce strategy and planning and culture development.

  • FINANCE MANAGER

    Pranati leads the Finance unit from the company’s Wellington office, supporting RSC’s various operations across the globe. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sikkim Manipal University in India, and a postgraduate diploma in Accounting from the University of Waikato.

  • GENERAL MANAGER EXPLORATION

    Sean has over 25 years’ mining and exploration experience in New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, the Middle East, Central Asia, and Africa. His experience covers project generation, exploration management, resource definition, underground and open pit mine geology, and marine minerals (polymetallic nodules, mineral sands and phosphate).

  • GENERAL MANAGER RESOURCES & RESERVES

    Olivier’s specialist training in Applied Mathematics and Geostatistics, from the Paris School of Mines, is complemented by over 25 years’ experience as a practice-leading Geostatistician. He has experience with a wide range of commodities, including precious and base metals, mineral sands, diamonds, iron ore, bauxite, and coal deposits.

  • GENERAL MANAGER GEOSCIENCE

    Michael is RSC’s Principal Geochemist and General Manager Geoscience. He has worked globally on many different mineral systems including orogenic Au, epithermal Au, placer Au, shear-hosted Cu, IOCG, Cu-Au porphyry, Pb-Zn-Ag deposits, Li and REE pegmatites, and heavy mineral sands. He is the author of more than 35 peer-reviewed journal papers with a focus on applied geochemistry, metamorphism, and economic geology.
