Stacey leads the RSC Business Services Team which supports all RSC business units.. With over 10 years management experience within the resources sector in general and operational management positions, Stacey has a track record of refining business practices and processes, business growth, workforce strategy and planning and culture development.

With a Post Graduate Degree in Business (Human Resources) Stacey has a keen interest in talent attraction and management, culture and organisational development. In the past she has been recognised by her contributions in this area and active involvement supporting Women in Mining in Western Australia being nominated and for the WIMWA Awards and also receiving the Mineral Resources Corporate Employee of the Year Award.
