Bernadette is responsible for delivering innovative people solutions for our clients, and managing field staff and logistics. She thrives on fostering healthy, strategic collaborations between staff and clients.

Since joining RSC in 2017, Bernadette has performed key logistical and operations-personnel management functions within the RSC group of companies. With over 10 years’ experience in the exploration and mining industry, on projects across Australia, her experience covers the technical aspects of exploration and project development, as well as project management.
