| ABSTRACT: | GeoVector Management Inc. was contracted by War Eagle Mining Company Inc. to produce a National Instrument 43-101 compliant report on the Goodfish Kirana property in northeastern Ontario, presently owned by Champagne Resources Ltd. Champagne is a private corporation incorporated in Ontario, and has acquired a 100% interest in the Property from a number of entities. This Technical Report has been requested in respect of a proposed merger between Champagne and a wholly owned subsidiary of War Eagle, resulting in the business of Champagne becoming the business of the amalgamated company that will be a wholly owned subsidiary of War Eagle. Following completion of the proposed merger, the name of the amalgamated company will be Champagne Resources Inc. This Technical Report has been written to fulfill the requirements of the TSXV in respect to the proposed merger. The Technical Report has an effective date of January 31, 2018; it has been amended from previous reports to reflect changes in the land tenure and to document the proposed merger between War Eagle and Champagne. The Goodfish Kirana property is located 5 km north of the town of Kirkland Lake in Morrisette, Bernhardt, Teck and Lebel townships within the Larder Lake Mining Division. The Property is approximately 3,296 ha in area and is centered at approximately 574000E/5339000N (UTM Co-ordinates) or 80ºW/48º12’N (latitude/longitude), and straddles National Topographic System 1:50,000 map sheets 32D/04 and 42A/01. It consists of 66 claims totaling 186 claim units, as well as 20 patents. | |
