| ABSTRACT: | InnovExplo Inc. (“InnovExplo”) was commissioned by Wallbridge Mining Company Ltd (“Wallbridge” or the “issuer”) to complete a Technical Report and a Mineral Resource Estimate for the Fenelon deposit (the “2016 MRE”) in accordance with Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101 Respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and Form 43-101F1.
