| ABSTRACT: | This report was prepared as a Canadian National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) Technical Report (“Technical Report”) for SilverStream SEZC (“SilverStream” or the “Company”) by Kangari Consulting Limited (“KCL”) on the Bowdens Silver Project in New South Wales, Australia which is wholly owned by Silver Mines Limited (“SML” or the “Vendor”) of Australia (Level 11, 52 Philip Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000, Australia). SilverStream is a Cayman Island registered and domiciled royalty company based in Grand Cayman. KCL has been informed that this technical report is required as a result of Section 4.2(1) of NI 43-101. Pursuant to a royalty agreement dated 13 November 2019 between the Company and the Vendor, the Company has agreed to acquire a royalty interest on the Bowdens Silver project. KCL understands that the company has no other ownership or equity interest in the Bowdens Silver project. | |
