| ABSTRACT: | Addison Mining Services Ltd. ("AMS") has prepared this National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) technical report in connection with the proposed acquisition by Velocity Minerals Ltd. (“Velocity” or the “Company”) of all of the issued and outstanding shares of 1077076 B.C. Ltd. (“7076”) pursuant to a share purchase and sale agreement dated January 24, 2017 (the "Share Purchase Agreement"), whereby 7076 will become a whollyowned subsidiary of Velocity, and Velocity will have all the benefit of 7076's rights and interests in and to the Ekuzya Property (as defined below). This report provides a summary of the geology, style of mineralisation and exploration work conducted on the Ekuzya gold project (“Ekuzya”, “Ekuzya Property” or the “Project”), Bulgaria, much of which was focussed specifically on mineralization at the Ekuzyata prospect (the “Ekuzyata Target” or “Ekuzyata”), located within the Chala mining concession (the “Concession”), concession number 1041-05-12-2016. 7076 has an exclusive option to earn an undivided 50% interest in the Ekuzya Property. The Ekuzya Project is located within the Concession, southeast Bulgaria, about 230 km (by road) east-southeast of the capital, Sofia. The Ekuzya Property has an area of 2.13 km2 and its centroid is located at WGS84 Longitude 41° 54' 14", Latitude 25° 17' 22", approximately 25km west-southwest of the administrative capital of Haskovo and 2km west of Spahievo Village. | |
