| ABSTRACT: | Gold exploration and development company Vango Mining Ltd (“Vango” or “the Company”, ASX; VAN) is pleased to announce the final results from its highly successful drilling programme at the shallow, high‐grade, Mars prospect on its 100%‐owned Marymia Gold Project, 300km northeast of Meekatharra in the Mid‐West region of WA (Figure 1). The Mars deposit islocated at the north‐eastern end of the 2km Trident‐Marwestzone, and forms part of the 5km structural/mineralisation corridor from the high‐grade Trident resource through the Marwest/Mars prospects to the Mareast prospect (Figure 2, Trident‐Marwest‐Mareast Corridor plan and Figure 3, Marwest‐Mars zone plan with new drillhole locations). These further high‐grade results confirm the continuity of shallow, high‐grade, gold mineralisation at Mars and will be incorporated into an upgraded resource estimate for the Trident‐Marwest‐Mareast Corridor, which will form part of a planned Mineral Resource upgrade for the wider Marymia Project – which is currently being prepared. | |
