ABSTRACT:As part of the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX.V) acceptance of the property transaction, a geological report on the Huzyk Creek Project has been requested by the TSX.V. This report has been prepared to satisfy this requirement. This report was prepared for the first-time disclosure of a mineral property transaction between Vanadian Energy Corporation (Vanadian) and a privately held mineral property holder, Rocas del Norte (RDN). The Huzyk Creek Property is located in north central Manitoba, approximately 12 kilometers south of Ponton, Manitoba and 75 kilometers southeast of the community of Snow Lake centered at approximate UTM NAD 83 Zone 14 coordinates of 6,035,000N 490,000E. It lies along the Manitoba Provincial Highway 6 corridor, with the highway covering a distance of approximately 26 kilometers along the eastern and central portion of the property. The Huzyk Creek Property is located on un-surveyed territory within NTS Map Sheets 63J/6, 63J/7, 63J/10 and 63J/11. The property consists of 2 Mineral Exploration Licenses (MEL) and 10 staked mining claims, with a total surface area of approximately 447 square kilometres. In August 2018 Uracan Resources Ltd. (“Uracan”) optioned the original Huzyk Creek Vanadium MEL (MEL 1091A) from Rocas del Norte (RDN), a privately held company. Subsequently one additional MEL and 10 mining claims were staked by Uracan. On October 5th, 2018 Uracan was renamed to Vanadian Energy Corporation (“Vanadian”). This name change better reflects the Company’s focus on the broader energy sector, both in the battery metal space as well as the Company’s existing uranium exploration assets. Vanadian trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “VEC”. All references to the “Company” will be to Vanadian.
