| ABSTRACT: | At the request of Val-d’Or Mining Corporation (“Val-d’Or Mining Corp.”), Geologica Groupe-Conseil Inc. (“Geologica”) was given the mandate to complete a NI 43-101 Technical Report of Baden Property (“the Property”). The issuer, Val-d’Or Mining Corp., is a new Canadian mineral exploration company. Geologica is an independent mining exploration consulting firm based in Val-d’Or (Quebec). This report was initially commissioned by Uranium Valley Mines Ltd. in connection with a transaction with Golden Valley Mines Ltd. The transaction was terminated effective February 17, 2017. Subsequent to the termination, Golden Valley Mines Ltd. entered into an option agreement with Val-d’Or Mining Corporation with respect to the property. This report is now being commissioned by Val-d’Or Mining Corporation Geologica reviewed and evaluated the information submitted by Val-d’Or Mining Corp. and Golden Valley Mines in order to prepare the Technical Report and has formulated its own conclusions and recommendations. The authors relied on public documents filed at the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development (MNDM) and information provided by both Uranium and Golden Valley Mines for description of title and claim status. Moreover, significant sections and chapters of this report were taken from work reports prepared by previous property owners, from federal and provincial government studies as well as from work reports prepared by Golden Valley Mines There are no known environmental concerns or land claim issues pending with respect to the Property. It is understood and agreed that the properties were received by Val-d’Or Mining Corp. "as is" and that Val-d’Or Mining Corp. shall ensure that all exploration programs on the properties are conducted in an environmentally sound manner. | |
