| ABSTRACT: | The Valk Property (the “Property”) is located in northeastern Vancouver Island, 27 km northwest of Port Hardy, British Columbia (Figure 4.1). The Property covers 1,614.38 ha and extends approximately 4 km north and 4.8 km west. The Property lies is in the Nanaimo Mining Division, on NTS map sheet 09L 13 and is centred at approximately 127° 43’W longitude, 50° 47'N latitude. Xplore Resources Corp. has entered into a three-year option agreement with Longford Capital Corp to earn a 100% interest in the Property by meeting certain conditions outlined in the agreement and detailed in section 4.3 of this report. The QP and author of this report is entirely independent of Longford Exploration Services Ltd. and Longford Capital Corp. Surface rights access negotiations and permitting where applicable have yet to be completed to allow for further in-depth investigations. The eastern edge of the Property is accessible from Port Hardy via Holberg Rd. and then Georgie Lake Main Rd-an active logging road or is via the south-eastern corner of the Property at the west end of Georgie Lake. The logging road extends along the entire eastern border of the claim and terminates near the Shushartie River. The east and northeastern area of the Property has been extensively logged. The remainder of the property is best accessed on foot or helicopter/float plane assisted. | |
