| ABSTRACT: | The El Porvenir mine is owned by Milpo Andina Peru S.A.C., which is controlled 100% by Compañía Minera Milpo S.A.A. (Milpo). Milpo is a public limited company incorporated in Peru, which is an indirectly-owned subsidiary of VM Holding S.A (VMH). VMH holds a direct 0.17% equity interest in Milpo, and has an indirect 80.06% equity interest through its subsidiary Votorantim Metais – Cajamarquilla S.A. Votorantim thus has an indirect controlling interest in Milpo. The remaining shares are owned by minority interests. El Porvenir mine is an underground operation utilizing a conventional 6,500 tonnes per day (tpd) concentration processing plant for the treatment of polymetalic ore (zinc, lead, copper, silver), located in Perú, South America. This Technical Report has been conducted to evaluate Mineral Resources, Mineral Reserves, mine and production plans and the economic matter, maintaining 6,500 tpd plant capacity from 2018 until year 2027. The El Porvenir mine is located in the district of San Francisco de Asís de Yarusyacán, in the province of Pasco, Perú. The property is located in the central Andes mountains region of Perú, at an approximate elevation of 4,200 masl. The mine is situated at kilometer 340 of the Carretera Central Highway (Lima - Huánuco route), 13 km from the city of Cerro de Pasco. Geographically, the mine is located in zone of the Central Cordillera which contains the communities of Parán, Lacsanga and Santo Domingo de Apache.
