ABSTRACT:This Technical Report was prepared by BRS Inc. (BRS) and T.P. McNulty and Associates for URZ Energy Corp. and provides an updated mineral resource and preliminary economic assessment (PEA) for the Juniper Ridge Uranium Project (Juniper Ridge or Project). The report was written under the direction of Douglas L Beahm, P.E, P.G. and Dr. Terrence McNulty, P.E., D. Sc.: who are independent “qualified persons” as defined by National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI-43-101). The Juniper Ridge Uranium Project (Juniper Ridge or Project) is located in the southwest portion of the state of Wyoming, USA, located 6 to 10 miles west of the town of Baggs, Wyoming, within a small enclosed subsidiary basin on the southeast flank of the Washakie Basin at approximately 41o 02’ 30” North Latitude, 107o 46’ West Longitude. The Project is accessible via 2-wheel drive on existing county and two-track roads. The Project is owned by UCOLO Exploration Corp. (UCOLO), a Utah corporation, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of URZ Energy Corp. (URZ), collectively “URZ”. As of the date of this Report URZ is undertaking its initial public offering to become a public company whose shares will be traded on the TSX Venture Exchange. The mineral rights associated with the Project include 130 unpatented lode mining claims and one Wyoming State Mineral Lease. In total, these holdings comprise approximately 3,326 acres. Surface land ownership consists of federal lands administered by the United States Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and private lands.
