| ABSTRACT: | This NI43-101 Technical Report will cover an exploration review and resource estimation of the Catalao Diamond Project, including both the historical exploration activities and the exploration activities carried out by Five Star Diamonds (“Five Star” or “FSD”) on the property. The Catalao Diamond Project is 100%-owned by Five Star Mineração Ltda., a wholly owned subsidiary of Five Star Diamonds Limited and holds one Exploration License totalling 1,999.42 hectares. The project is located near the southeast border of Goiás State in the central region of Brazil, approximately 330 kilometres south of Brasilia, the Federal District, and 275 kilometres southeast of Goiânia, the capital of Goiás State in Brazil. It is recommended that Five Star continues on the feasibility studies on the oxidized zone of CAT 1A, B and C kimberlites and commences a specific geological assessment programme to a) continue the evaluation of the kimberlites found to date; and b) regional exploration for new kimberlites within the license area. Sections 8 and 9 presents the summary of the programme carried out to date.
