ABSTRACT:True Grit Resources Ltd. has commissioned authors Nicholas Barr and Dr. Mark Fedikow to present the geologic setting and the potential for lithium enriched brines on the L.G. Property, and to prepare a technical report which meets the requirements of National Instrument 43-101. The property, consisting of 5130.96 acres (2077 hectares), of Mineral Exploration Permit from the Arizona State Land Department (ASLD), and 88 placer claims on Federal Mineral-State surface land totaling 1760 acres (713 hectares), is situated in central Graham County, Arizona. Current land holdings include three separate, proximity parcels, centered roughly 6 miles (9.65 km) south, 4 miles (6.44 km) southwest, and 5 miles (8.05 km), west of the town of Safford, Arizona. Land ownership in the project area consists of State Land, Federal Mineral-State surface, scattered private, and isolated small BLM parcels. As evidenced by gravity, seismic and water well data, the property is centered over portions of the deepest part of a structural basin, partially filled by Pliocene-age tuffaceous evaporite deposits. Water wells, drilled through the evaporite sequence to access underlying aquifers, were sampled and analyzed by the USGS prior to 1978, and between 1980 and 1991, and returned elevated lithium values. Lithium in water samples, (reported in micrograms per liter), collected from wells immediately adjacent to the property during the 1980 to 1991-time period, yielded values ranging from 1400 ug/l to 3500 ug/l (1.4 to 3.5 ppm Li respectively). Total depth of wells tested ranged from 1100 ft (335m) to 1396 ft (425m).
