| ABSTRACT: | Triton Minerals Limited (ASX: TON) (‘Triton’ or the ‘Company’) is pleased to announce a significant Mineral Resource upgrade at the Ancuabe Graphite Project. The total Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource at the Ancuabe T12 and T16 deposits has increased to 46.1 Mt at an average grade of 6.6% TGC for 3.04 Mt of contained graphite. The T12 and T16 deposits are located just 3km from each other and remain unconstrained by existing drilling. The Mineral Resource upgrade is significant in that it provides increased confidence levels at the T16 Deposit, which under the soon to be released DFS will be the initial mine developed. The increased Mineral Resource will be included in the DFS, however for timing reasons will not be part of the DFS mining plan. This allows further optimization of the mining operations subsequent to the DFS. The resource upgrade at the T16 deposit, to 20.8 Mt at 7.9% TGC, is an exciting achievement for Triton and underlines the prospectivity and quality of the Ancuabe Project. Managing Director Peter Canterbury said: “This resource upgrade is particularly pleasing in that it increases the confidence of T16 and also provides further upside potential as the new areas are generally shallow.
