| ABSTRACT: | Triton Minerals Limited (Triton or the Company) is pleased to advise that assay results from diamond drilling at the Ancuabe T12 deposit have returned high grade graphite, near surface. In addition to results from recent drilling Triton has received assay results from VD010 and IVC013 which were drilled in 2015. These assays were not included in the Ancuabe T12 Mineral Resource announced in May 2016. Triton expects that these significant results will lead to an increase in both the size and confidence level of the T12 Mineral Resource, with a resource upgrade to be delivered by the end of Q1 17. Commenting on the T12 drilling results, Triton Managing Director, Peter Canterbury, said “These results demonstrate continued discovery of high grade near surface coarse grained flake graphite at Ancuabe and the real potential for resource growth. Metallurgical test results have confirmed that the T12 Deposit at Ancuabe contains graphite with highly desirable flake size distribution and can produce high purity graphite across a broad range of flake sizes. These unique characteristics make Ancuabe graphite suitable for a range of global markets including high value spherical and expandable graphite applications.” “Triton is progressing a Scoping Study for Ancuabe which will be completed by the end of Q1 17 and intends to fast track other activity to enable a development decision.
