| ABSTRACT: | GE21 Consultoria Mineral Ltda. (“GE21”) was engaged by TriStar Gold Inc. to prepare an Independent Technical Report (“ITR”) containing an update of the mineral resource estimate for the Castelo de Sonhos Gold Project (CDS), and a Preliminary Economic Assessment, based on premises of mineral processing, and first principles for mining activites The purpose of this report (“Report” or “Technical Report”) is to provide background and supporting information on the Mineral Resources, and its economic potentiality, for the CDS Project. This Report and estimates herein comply with the requirements of the Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101 – Standard of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and Form 43-101F1 – Technical Report (“Form 43-101F1”). This Report was prepared by authors employed by GE21 with contributions from the TriStar Gold technical team . 1.1 Qualifications, Experience and Independence GE21 is a specialized, independent mineral consulting company. The mineral resource estimate and the conceptual economic study were developed by GE21 staff members, who are accredited by the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG) as "Qualified Persons" for the declaration of Mineral Resources and Reserves in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”). | |
