| ABSTRACT: | Global Resource Engineering Ltd. (GRE) and Kurt Katsura were retained by TriMetals Mining Inc. (“TMI” or “TriMetals”) to complete a National Instrument 43‐101 (NI 43‐101) Technical Report on the Gold Springs Gold Project (“Gold Springs” or “the Property”) located in the Gold Springs and Deer Lodge Mining Districts, Iron County, Utah, and Lincoln County, Nevada. This report has been prepared in accordance with the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) NI 43‐101, and the Resources have been classified in accordance with standards as defined by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum. TMI is a British Columbia (Canada) company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) as TMI, and on the U.S. Over the Counter Market Group (OTCQX) as TMIAF. This Mineral Resource update was commissioned following the 2015 and 2016 drill programs that were designed to expand the Jumbo resource and initiate resource estimates on the Etna and Thor target areas. This technical report was prepared by GRE to provide an updated mineral resource estimate for the Gold Springs Project. The new updated resource estimate integrates 9,672.78 meters of new drilling completed on the Jumbo, Etna, and Thor targets during 2015 and 2016. This report also refers to and presents the results of the updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the Gold Springs Project with an effective date of August 12, 2015 (GRE, 2015). | |
