| ABSTRACT: | The purpose of this technical report is to document the results of the Mineral Resource to Mineral Reserve conversion and the Mineral Reserve Statement for the Santander mine prepared by SRK with contributions from Trevali and other independent consultants. The Santander Mine is a producing polymetallic deposit, located in west-central Perú, approximately 215 kilometres (km) east-northeast of Lima. Trevali Perú S.A.C. (Trevali), which is Trevali Mining Corporation’s Peruvian subsidiary, wholly owns the Santander Mine complex. The Santander Mine complex comprises a historically mined open pit and underground workings, as well as the current mine operations producing nominal 2,000 tonnes per day (t/d) that feeds the Santander Mill. The Santander Mine complex also comprises a tailings management facility (TMF), as well as a 500-person camp. The Santander Mine complex is operated through the use of contractors. Los Quenuales (LQ), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Glencore plc, is the lead contractor whose main responsibilities include operating the mill and the site in addition to supervising day-today underground production conducted by JRC, a Peruvian mining contractor. This report provides a summary of the work completed by Trevali and its independent consultants as of November 6, 2016, in support of a Mineral Reserve estimate. The opinions contained herein are based on information collected by Trevali and various consultants throughout the course of Santander’s operation. | |
