| ABSTRACT: | At the request of Mr. Alain Bureau, President and CEO of Toachi Mining Inc. (“Toachi”), SGS Geological Services (“SGS”) has prepared this technical report (“the Report”) conforming to the standards dictated by National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”), companion policy NI 43-101CP and Form 43-101F (Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects) in respect to the La Mina VMS Project, part of the La Plata Project (“the Project”) located in Cotopaxi Province, Ecuador. The following report presents the details of the Preliminary Economic Assessment that was announced in a press release dated April 30, 2019 for the Project. The Preliminary Economic Assessment has been prepared in compliance with the requirements of Canadian National Instrument (NI) 43-101 and in accordance with guidelines of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (“CIM”), CIM Standards on Mineral Resources and Reserves, Definitions and Guidelines prepared by the CIM Standing Committee on Reserve Definitions and adopted by CIM Council May 10, 2014. | |
