ABSTRACT: | Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (RPA) was retained by Tinka Resources Limited (Tinka) to prepare an independent Technical Report on the Ayawilca Property (the Property), located in central Peru. The purpose of this report is to support the disclosure of an updated Mineral Resource estimate for the Property. This Technical Report conforms to NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. RPA visited the Property and other project related facilities most recently from September 17 to 19, 2018. Tinka is a publicly listed junior resource acquisition and exploration company trading under the symbol TSXV:TK on the Canadian TSX Venture Exchange. Its corporate office is located in Vancouver, Canada. Tinka's focus is on its 100%-owned Ayawilca Property in the zinc-leadsilver belt of central Peru, located 200 km northeast of Lima. The Property, located 40 km northwest from Peru's largest historic zinc mine, Cerro de Pasco, has three separate mineral zones: the Ayawilca Zinc Zone (zinc-indium-silver-lead); the Ayawilca Tin Zone (tin-coppersilver); and the Colquipucro silver oxide deposit. The Property is at the exploration stage, with a focus on the base metal (zinc, tin, copper) mineralization. Both the Zinc Zone and Tin Zone are “blind” lying beneath 150 m to 200 m of sandstone cover. The Zinc Zone mineralization is hosted by sulphides in altered limestone. The Colquipucro silver deposit extends from surface to a depth of approximately 80 m in sandstone. | |
