| ABSTRACT: | Theta Gold Mines Limited (ASX: TGM, TGMO) refers to the Mineral Resource Statement released on 26 September 2018 under the announcement titled “Theta Hill Open‐Cut Grows JORC Resources to 5.8Moz”. The mineral resource tables attached to the announcement and in all subsequent announcements referred to certain resources being based on historical estimates.
