| ABSTRACT: | At the request of Tethyan Resources Plc (“Tethyan”, or the ‘Company’), Campbell & Associates (“CA”) was commissioned to prepare a National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) technical report on Tethyan’s Suva Ruda Copper-Gold Project (the “Suva Ruda Project” or the “Property”) in Serbia. Tethyan intends that this report be used as an Independent Technical Report as part of the regulatory process to seek a listing on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSX-V”). This Technical Report has been prepared to comply with disclosure and reporting requirements set forth in NI 43-101, Companion Policy 43-101CP and Form 43-101F1. The effective date of this report is January 31, 2017. CA has based this report on information provided by Tethyan, third party technical reports and other general website information, and a site visit. CA consider that Suva Ruda Property has potential for discovery of economic “Cu-Au” porphyry/epithermal mineralization. The exploration strategy proposed by Tethyan to explore the Property is sound and follows normal industry doctrine. The Property has sufficient merit to warrant further exploration. CA has proposed a 15-16 month exploration program and budget of US$0.99 million for a two-staged exploration program. Phase 1 consists of completing surface prospect evaluation of the Rudnitza porphyry system and immediate surrounding areas, regional and other prospect evaluation. Phase 2 comprises entirely diamond drilling; in advancing the Rudnitza porphyry system towards the resource definition stage and scout-drilling of other delineated targets. | |
