| ABSTRACT: | Tesoro Resources Limited (Tesoro or the Company) (ASX:TSO) is pleased to announce that final assays have now been received for hole ZDDH00017, the first drill hole in the initial 10 hole program currently underway at the El Zorro Gold Project, Chile. The final results from ZDDH00017 have more than tripled the downhole width of the previously reported drill intercept to 86.45m @ 2.29g/t Au, with a higher-grade zone returning 50.50m @ 3.63 g/t Au. Significant intercepts include (*down hole length weighted average calculation): Tesoro has previously drilled 16 diamond drill holes at El Zorro, delineating a large gold system with all holes intersecting gold mineralisation and multiple 100g/m intercepts reported from the Coquetas target at El Zorro (see Appendix 1 for all significant intercepts). | |
