| ABSTRACT: | Assay results from first five holes of the fourteen Reverse Circulation (“RC”) drill holes completed at Mimbili (drilled in November 2016) indicate high grade gold mineralisation at depths (down hole) of up to 100m. The assay results indicate that high grade gold mineralisation extends at depths of up to 100m down hole around the zone intersected in hole MRC005 (announced to the ASX on 15th November 2016) (see Figure 1 for drill hole locations): MRC012 intersected 1m @ 8.46g/t Au from 100m to 101m underneath the hole MRC005 intersections (5m @ 1.75g/t Au from 29m to 34m & 2m @ 4.66g/t Au from 45m to 47m in oxide Banded Iron Formation (“BIF”)) within a wide zone of oxide mineralisation which assayed 25m @ 0.84g/t Au from 77m to 101m; MRC013 drilled between holes MRC004 and MRC003 in the north-western sector of the property intersected high grade mineralisation at shallow depths: 10m @ 6.83g/t Au from 29m to 39m in oxide BIF: this hole is 40m along strike to the southeast of drill hole MRC004 which intersected 4m @ 10.35g/t Au from 33m to 37m in oxide BIF (announced to the ASX on 15 November 2016). | |
