| ABSTRACT: | This Technical Report provides an updated review of exploration work conducted on Strategic Resources Inc.’s (Strategic) Akanvaara Project, located in northern Finland. This report was prepared by Piotr Lutynski, P.Eng. who is an independent “qualified person” (QP) as defined by Canadian Securities Administrators National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101) and as described in Section 20 (Date and Signature Page) of this Report. Strategic is a Vancouver, Canada based exploration and development company focused on vanadium projects. Strategic commissioned Piotr Lutynski, P.Eng., to provide an updated review of exploration work conducted on its Akanvaara Project. Piotr Lutynski is an independent QP of Strategic and is responsible for the preparation of this Technical Report, which has been prepared in accordance with NI 43-101 and Form 43-101F1 Technical Report. Piotr Lutynski visited the project between February 19 and February 22, 2019. He visited the property and discussed exploration targets with Magnus geologists. In preparing this Technical Report, the author relied on geological reports, maps and miscellaneous technical papers listed in Section 19 (References) of this Technical Report. This Technical Report is based on information known to the author as of February 17, 2019. All measurement units used in this report are metric. The currency used in Finland is the Euro. | |
