| ABSTRACT: | Stavely Minerals Limited (ASX Code: SVY – “Stavely Minerals”) is pleased to report significant new assay results from ongoing diamond drilling at the shallow high-grade copper-gold discovery at the Thursday’s Gossan prospect, part of its 100%-owned Stavely Copper-Gold Project in Victoria (Figure 1). The results received for holes SMD055, SMD059 and SMD060, together with indications from ongoing drilling in recently completed hole SMD067, have confirmed further growth in the known extent of the mineralisation, which has now been confirmed over a strike extent of approximately 700 metres and remains open in all directions. Diamond drill hole SMD060, located 120m south-east of the discovery hole SMD050, returned several outstanding intercepts within a very broad mineralised envelope from 19.2m to 135.4m (excluding 13.9m of core loss) of 102.3m at 0.68% copper. | |
