ABSTRACT:Results for Phase 3, comprise a further 24 shallow hand-auger holes for 252m over four drill-lines which are presented in this report. This brings the total number of holes reported to 62 (Phases 1, 2 & 3 combined) over nine east-west drill lines. The Phase 3 drilling results display the highest grade and thickest drill intercepts at Kasiya to date. The high-grade rutile footprint continues to grow and is now in the order of +5.5km strike length with surface widths averaging +2.5km. High-grade rutile mineralisation continues to be open along strike in both directions and open laterally to the south-east. High-grade rutile was encountered as deep as 14m below surface in some holes and has an average thickness of approximately 7m to 8m. The current geological interpretation is that high-grade, free-dig rutile mineralisation should continue vertically to the base of saprolite, which is reasonably assumed from deeper drilling at other prospects to be around 25m depth. Deeper drilling techniques such as air-core, diamondcore or sonic will need to be employed to test this.
