| ABSTRACT: | In September 2018, Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (RPA), now part of SLR Consulting Ltd (SLR), was retained by Mineros S.A. (Mineros) to complete an audit of the year-end 2018 Mineral Reserve and Mineral Resource estimates for the El Bagre Underground Gold Operation (El Bagre or the Mine) and the Nechí Gold Project (Nechí), located in the Department of Antioquia, Colombia, and prepare an independent Technical Report to support public disclosure of Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves at December 31, 2018 and to support a listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). This Technical Report conforms to National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (NI 43-101). The effective date of the Mineral Reserve and Mineral Resource estimates in this Technical Report is December 31, 2018, and information in this Technical Report is current as of that date unless otherwise specified.
