ABSTRACT:Sky Metals Limited (‘SKY’ or ‘The Company’) is pleased to provide an update on its maiden exploration drilling programme at the Tallebung Tin Project. Results have been received for drillholes TBRC001-006 from recent RC drilling activity. Drilling was designed to test for shallow tin mineralisation east of the main Tallebung tin lode (ASX 23 July 2019). Seven drill holes totalling 1197m were completed with assays for the first six holes reported in Table 1 and including the significant results. Results have confirmed the down-dip potential of high-grade tin lodes identified at surface, east of the main Tallebung lode (Figures 1-4). A number of mineralised zones were logged from the final RC hole (TBRC007) with assays due by the end of this week. A follow-up RC drilling programme has been planned, with permitting commenced. The proposed drilling is designed to assess the recent results and further define the extent of shallow tin mineralisation at Tallebung. The second core hole (TBRCD003) has been completed at 652.5m. The hole intersected a similar broad package of quartz ± sulphide ± cassiterite ± scheelite veining to that observed in the first core hole (ASX 5 August 2019). A wedge hole off TBRCD003 has now commenced to test up dip of the parent hole and downdip from the newly discovered mineralisation in TBRC004. The RC drilling results, combined with the mineralisation observed in core holes TBD001 and TBRCD003, describe a large envelope of tin mineralised quartz veining at Tallebung (Figure 1). SKY is excited by these results, with the scale and tenor of mineralisation encouraging for the delineation of economically significant mineralisation.
