| ABSTRACT: | At the request of Mr. Chris Osterman, CEO and Director of First Mining Finance Corp. (First Mining), Micon International Limited (Micon) has been retained to provide an independent summary and review of the La Frazada property located in the state of Nayarit, Mexico, on behalf of Silver One Resources Inc. (Silver One). Micon has also been retained to compile this Technical Report to disclose the results of its review of the previous work conducted on the property, such that the report complies with the Canadian National Instrument (NI) 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, Form NI 43-101F1 requirements. Micon does not have, nor has it previously had, any material interest in First Mining and Silver One or related entities such as Minera Terra Plata, S.A. de C.V. (Terra Plata). The relationship with First Mining and Silver One is solely a professional association between the client and the independent consultant. This report is prepared in return for fees based upon agreed commercial rates and the payment of these fees is in no way contingent on the results of this report. This is the second Technical Report prepared by Micon for the La Frazada property. The first was prepared for Silvermex Resources Ltd. (Silvermex) and was originally dated November 24, 2009 and was amended in January, 2009. | |
