ABSTRACT:Silver Lake Resources Limited (“Silver Lake” or the “Company”) refers to its announcement dated 2 June 2017 (“Re-commencement of Cock-eyed Bob Underground Mine”). The following information is provided in respect of the revised Cock-eyed Bob Mineral Resource statement set out in that announcement: The CEB deposit is hosted within the steeply dipping limbs of a regional scale folded Banded Iron-Formation (BIF). Gold dominantly occurs as inclusions of native gold and/or electrum within or around pyrrhotite, magnetite, and arsenopyrite, and economic mineralisation is typically restricted to the BIF horizons. Drilling during FY17 used NQ2 sized diamond core. Measured mineral resources are supported by close spaced sampling within existing underground mining development and nominal 20m x 20m spaced drilling. Indicated mineral resources are based on nominal 20m x 20m drilling spacing without nearby underground development. Inferred mineral resources are based on drilling up to nominal 50m x 50m spacing at the resource extents. The NQ2 diamond core was whole core sampled at nominal 1m sample lengths, down to 20cm sample lengths within ore structures. All samples were dried, crushed and pulverised to at least 85% passing 75μm. Samples were transported to a commercial laboratory for standard sample preparation and 40g fire assay charge with AAS finish. The estimation methodology used was ordinary kriging (OK). Blocks were generated within the nominal 0.25 g/t Au grade boundaries and based on the geological model. Block sizes were 5 x 10 x 5 metres with sub-celling down to 1m x 2m x 1m. The cut-off grade of 2.0g/t used for the reported Mineral Resource estimate is determined from standardised parameters used for underground mining.
