| ABSTRACT: | Silver Bear Resources Inc. (Silver Bear) retained Tetra Tech to re-estimate the Mineral Resource for the Vertikalny Central and Northwest deposits, which lie within the Mangazeisky Property (the Property or the Project). The Mineral Resources were estimated by Mr. Robert Davies, BSc, EurGeol, CGeol, an independent QP as defined by NI 43-101, and have an effective date of 8th July 2016. This technical report also re-states the Mineral Resources for the Mangazeisky North, Mangazeisky South, and Nizhny Endybal deposits. Mr. P. Gribble, FIMMM, CEng, former Tetra Tech Senior Geologist, is the independent QP who originally prepared the Nizhny Endybal Mineral Resource estimate. Mr. Davies is the independent QP who estimated the Vertikalny Mineral Resource and has reviewed and verified the Nizhny Endybal Mineral Resource estimate as current. Further details of the Nizhny Endybal and Mangazeisky Resources, estimated by Tetra Tech in 2012, 2015, and 2016 are publicly available and filed under the Silver Bear profile on the Canadian Security Administrators’ (CSA) System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) website. This technical report conforms to the standards set out in National Instrument 43- 101 (NI 43-101) Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, and is compliant with Form 43-101F1.
