| ABSTRACT: | Sigma Mineração S.A. (“SMSA”) retained SGS Canada Inc. (“SGS” or “SGS Geostat”) to prepare this resources estimation technical pursuant to the National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) format for the Northern and Southern Complexes Project (the “Project”), located in the Araçuaí and Itinga Regions, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Project is comprised of four properties owned by SMSA which are located in northeastern Minas Gerais State, in the Municipalities of Araçuaí and Itinga, approximately 25km east of the town of Araçuaí and 450km northeast of Belo Horizonte. The Project is accessible year-round by a network of maintained arterial and back country service roads and a local airport.
