ABSTRACT:The Kwanika Property in north central British Columbia is situated in the Omineca Mining Division, approximately 140 km northwest (approximately 200 km by road) of Fort St James. The property is the host of two porphyry-style mineral deposits: the copper-gold-silver Central Zone, and the copper-gold-silver-molybdenum South Zone, both of which encompass current mineral resources. At a request of Serengeti Resources Inc (“Serengeti”) a mineral resource model was constructed by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. (“SRK”) during the fourth quarter of 2016 using a geostatistical block modeling approach. Mineral resources are classified as Indicated and Inferred, following the CIM Definition Standards for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves (May 2014) guidelines. This technical report documents the mineral resource estimate for the Central and South zones on the Kwanika property. It was prepared following the guidelines of the Canadian Securities Administrators National Instrument 43-101 and Form 43-101F1, and in conformity with generally accepted CIM “Estimation of Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves Best Practice Guidelines”
