| ABSTRACT: | The Covette Property is located approximately 190 km east of Radisson, Quebec and 10 km north of the all-weather Trans-Taiga road and adjacent LG-3 transmission line of Hydro Quebec. The claim area consists of 65 contiguous map staked mineral claims, encompassing an area of approximately 3,315 ha (~33 km²). The mineral rights apply to the minerals hosted in the bedrock directly beneath the claim boundaries. On 27 November 2017, Saville Resources Inc. (TSXV-SRE), (the "Issuer”) announced that it has entered into an agreement dated 24 November 2017 with Zimtu Capital Corp. (TSXV-ZC), (the “Vendor”), to acquire 100% interest in the Covette Property located in northern-central Quebec, Canada. Under the terms of the Agreement, and subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”), the Issuer will acquire 100% interest and rights in the property by paying the Vendor the sum of C$350,000 in cash, payable upon closing of the agreement. The property is accessible from Radisson (La Grande), Quebec, 240 km east by pick up truck along the Trans- Taiga Highway or 190 km east by fixed wing aircraft or helicopter. An all-season outfitters lodge , “Mirage Adventure”, is located 123 km east of the property and is where both the 2016 and 2017 field season was based. The lodge offers full bedding, meals and fuel with access by pick up truck along the Trans-Taiga Highway or by fixed wing aircraft or helicopter. | |
