ABSTRACT:Sanatana Resources Inc. (“Sanatana”) commissioned Ronacher McKenzie Geoscience Inc. (“Ronacher McKenzie”) to complete a Technical Report prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 -- Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) on Sanatana’s Jackfish property (“the property”) near Terrace Bay, Ontario. Sanatana had entered into option agreements with three parties to acquire 100% interest in the property. The property consists of 34 contiguous mining claims covering 3,664 ha and is located in the Schreiber-Hemlo greenstone belt. The Schreiber-Hemlo greenstone belt is a part of the Wawa subprovince of the Superior Province. The greenstone belt consists of metavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks into which the Terrace Bay batholith was emplaced. The property encompasses the eastern half of the Terrace Bay batholith, a massive granodiorite intrusion, and the surrounding felsic and intermediate to basic metavolcanic rocks. The mineralization is reported to consist of gold with minor Ag, Cu, Mo, Pb and Zn hosted by single quartz veins or sets of sub-parallel quartz veins with potassic, carbonate and silica alteration. Historic exploration on the property dates back to the late 19th century, when Elgin Silver is reported to have mined gold and silver from two adits on the property (1882-1890). In the early 1900s, the Siville-Ferrier Syndicate sampled parts of the property and obtained gold assays as high as 10.29 g/t over 0.91 m. The most recent activity was sampling completed by the Ontario Geological Survey (“OGS”) in 2012 and 2013. The OGS collected samples from the Cliff Zone that returned 43.8 g/t Au and 27.7 g/t Au.
