| ABSTRACT: | IOS Services Géoscientifiques Inc. was instructed by True North Nickel Inc. to prepare an independent Technical Report in compliance with NI 43-101, for their West Raglan project. Responsibility for the current report is taken by Mr. Clément Dombrowski, professional geologist (OGQ #438). The West Raglan property is located in Nunavik, northern Quebec, approximately 95 km south of the Northern Village of Salluit. Exploration work was based out of Camp Chukotat, located in the central portion of the property. The Camp and the property are only accessible by helicopter, or by fixed-wing aircraft (Twin Otter) via an airstrip located 8 km south of Camp Chukotat. The West Raglan property comprises 1,133 map designated mineral titles covering an area of 46,871 hectares (469 km2 ). True North Nickel acquired 100% interest in the West Raglan Project from Anglo American Exploration (Canada) Ltd in 2012. A Net Smelter Royalty of 1.5% is payable to Anglo American Exploration (Canada) Ltd for mineral production from the Property. True North Nickel has the right to repurchase one-third (no more or no less) of the Royalty (or 0.5% of Net Smelter Returns) with respect to the Property for a price of $2,000,000CAD, reducing the Royalty from 1.5% to 1% of the Net Smelter Returns from the Property. The author reviewed the data collected and generated by True North Nickel since 2012 on the West Raglan project, as well as historical data to the extent possible and concluded that these data are suitable and usable for the purpose of this 43-101 technical report. | |
