| ABSTRACT: | Rogue is a Canadian mining company with a diverse portfolio of properties but is currently focused on its 100%-owned Silicon Ridge Project. The Property is located about 42 km north of the City of Baie-Saint-Paul, on the north shore of the Saint Lawrence River, in the Province of Quebec. This Technical Report presents the results of the estimation of the mineral resource within the "G" and "H" quartzite units on the Silicon Ridge Property. The resource estimate follows the guidelines of the “Canadian Securities Administrators” National Instrument 43-101 (2011) and is in conformity with the guidelines of the Canadian Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) Standard on Mineral Resources and Reserves (2014). This report is issued to Rogue and it is used to declare an initial mineral resource for the Project. In addition, the results from this report will serve as a basis for the preparation of a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the development of the Project. The services of Met-Chem were retained by Rogue to produce the mineral resources estimate. The effective date of the Technical Report on the Mineral Resources of the Silicon Ridge Project is June 7th 2016 and the report was completed July 20 th 2016. | |
