| ABSTRACT: | Rockridge Gold Ltd. has contracted the author of this report, T. Keast to review the Raney Township Gold property located in Northern Ontario and prepare a National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101 and Form 43-101F1) compliant report on the property. Rockridge Gold Ltd. has requested the report as part of the supporting documentation for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), satisfying regulatory requirements for seeking a listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and/or financings, and/or to pursue an as yet undetermined strategy with respect to the property. T. Keast has reviewed the available exploration results, conducted a property examination and prepared the technical report. The sources of information for the technical report include company reports, assessment reports from previous property operators, Ministry of Northern Development and Mines (MNDM) geological reports, and experience working on the project in the capacity of logging core, and geological mapping for a previous property operator. The Raney Township Gold Property is an early stage gold exploration property located in the Archean Swayze Greenstone Belt, which is a succession of metavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks. Historically thought to be a separate entity from the Abitibi, the Swayze Greenstone Belt has relatively recently been correlated with and interpreted to be part of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt which hosts the world class Timmins and Kirkland Lake lode gold mining camps. | |
