| ABSTRACT: | Caracle Creek International Consulting (CCIC) was retained by Rockcliff Resources Inc. to complete a mineral resource estimate for their Tower Property located in Manitoba, Canada. The Tower project is a large, undeveloped, VMS deposit which has the potential to be mined by underground methods. There has been no previous resource estimation work completed to date on the Tower project. The mineral resource reported herein is based on drilling information as of December 31st 2012. All of the drill hole data, including collars, assays, survey and lithology, were compiled into a database which links directly to the geological modelling and resource estimation software. The mineral resource estimation was evaluated using geostatistical block modeling methods constrained by a mineralized wireframe. GEMCOM’s GEMS resource modeling software V.6.4 was used to generate the block model and perform the grade estimation. Grades for Cu, Au, Ag and Zn were estimated using the inverse distance method of interpolation. The mineral resources have been estimated in conformity with the CIM “Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserves Estimation Best Practices” guidelines and were classified according to the CIM Standard Definition for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves (December 2005) guidelines.
