ABSTRACT: | The Talbot polymetallic project is an exploration-stage copper (zinc-gold-silver)-rich volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) polymetallic deposit. The property is located near the Flin Flon-Snow Lake district of western Manitoba, Canada, one of the world’s most prolific VMS districts. The property is located approximately 500 kilometres north-northwest of Winnipeg and 180 road-kilometres east-northeast of the town of The Pas. Rockcliff entered into an option agreement with Hudbay Minerals Inc (Hudbay), whereby Rockcliff can earn a 51% interest in the Talbot property by incurring aggregate expenditures over six years totalling C$6,120,000. This technical report documents a mineral resource model constructed by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. (SRK) for the Talbot polymetallic deposit and disclosed by Rockcliff in a news release on December 7, 2017. The mineral resource model was prepared using a geostatistical block modelling approach and is constrained by polymetallic mineralization wireframes constructed by SRK. It was prepared following the guidelines of the Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 43-101 and Form 43-101F1, and in conformity with the widely accepted CIM Estimation of Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves Best Practice Guidelines. In the opinion of SRK, the geological and mineral resource models discussed herein are a reasonable representation of the distribution of the gold mineralization identified on the property at the current level of sampling. The mineral resource model is based on exploration drilling results available to July 15, 2017. | |
