ABSTRACT:Riverside Resources Inc. (“Riverside”) and its wholly owned subsidiary Capitan Mining Inc. (“Capitan”) ., retained Derrick Strickland, P. Geo. and Robert Sim, P. Geo. of SIM Geological Inc. (“SGI”) to provide updated mineral resource estimate for the mineralized zones located on the Peñoles Project. They are both responsible for the preparation of this technical report on the Peñoles Project, and has been prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43- 101”). The Peñoles Project is easily accessible and is located approximately 170 km, by road, west of the city of Torreón, Coahuila State, Mexico. The centre of the Peñoles Project is located approximately 180 km north-northeast of the city of Durango, and 50 km north of the town of Rodeo in the Municipality of San Pedro del Gallo, Durango State, Mexico. The Peñoles Project includes two historic silver mines (Jesus Maria and San Rafael), an oxide gold prospect (El Capitan) and several exploration targets located in the historic Peñoles Mining District, in Durango State, Mexico.
