| ABSTRACT: | William Randall, P.Geo (APGO #1516), Geomin Consulting Inc., has been commissioned by Casino Gold Corp. (Casino) to issue a Canadian National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) compliant Technical Report for the Iron Point Vanadium Project (the Project), located in Humboldt County, Nevada. Mr. Randall reviewed all sections of the report and supporting data including sections compiled by Chris MacInnis, P.Geo. (APGO #2059), Peter McIntyre, P.Geo (APGO # 2217) and Cal Herron, P.Geo (APGO # 2087). This report summarises, to the best of knowledge as of the Effective Date, the Iron Point property merits and liabilities. The Project consist of 594 unpatented lode claims covering about 11,000 acres (4452 hectare). The claim group is in North-Central Nevada in Humboldt County, 35 kilometers east of Winnemucca and centered at UTM Zone 11N geographical coordinates 472,000E, 4,531,000N (Lat 40.935°, Long - 117.327°). Winnemucca is the largest town in the area with a population of 7,900. The project has been extensively explored for gold by numerous operators, but Newmont USA Ltd. (“Newmont”) conducted drilling specifically for vanadium in 1966 and discovered widespread, low grade mineralization that was not of interest at the time. 1.1.2 Ownership The claims are owned by Brownstone Ventures (US) Inc. (“Brownstone”) a wholly owned subsidiary of Casino Gold Corp. (“CGC”), a private Canadian corporation with an address in Toronto, Ontario. Brownstone holds a 100% interest in the claims, and CGC holds a 1% NSR on all of the claims. CGC and Brownstone proposing to complete a reverse takeover (the “RTO”) pursuant to which Ripper Oil and Gas (“Ripper”) will acquire from Casino Gold Corp. all of the issued and outstanding share capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Brownstone Ventures (US) Inc., subject to regulatory approval. | |
