ABSTRACT:This technical report has been prepared for Resource Capital Gold Corp (RCGC). Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Flex Mining and Exploration Limited (Flex), RCGC owns the Tangier gold property (Property) in north-eastern Nova Scotia, Canada. RCGC acquired Flex and the Property on October 14, 2016. Gold was discovered on the Property in 1860 and since then there have been several campaigns of mining in addition to which the Property has been explored by surface and underground exploration and drilling programs. RCGC has done no work on the Property but is contemplating undertaking a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) of the gold resource that has been identified by previous exploration. To that end, RCGC has retained Global Mineral Resource Services (GMRS) to complete a resource estimate based on existing drill data and to incorporate that estimate into a Technical Report that is compliant with National Instrument (NI) 43-101. The effective date of this Technical Report is April 7, 2017. A Mineral Resource has been estimated for the Blueberry Hill Zone on the basis of historical surface and underground drilling. No Mineral Resource has been estimated for the Strawberry Hill Zone but it is considered to be a prospective exploration target. The estimate is based on assays contained in 18 modelled quartz veins. Assays were capped at 40 g/t gold and samples were composited to one meter lengths. A fixed density of 2.67 g/cm³ was used. Because of the small number of samples in any given vein, variography was not attempted and instead the estimate was obtained by inverse distance squared weighting (ID²) and a search ellipse that imitated the strike and dip of the veins. Blocks measured 10 meters along strike, one meter across strike, and two meters down-dip.
