ABSTRACT: | Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (RPA) was retained by Red Rock Energy Inc. (Red Rock) to prepare an independent Technical Report on the Fusion Uranium Zone (the Project), near Uranium City, Saskatchewan, Canada. This Technical Report conforms to NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. The purpose of this Technical Report is to support reactivation of Red Rock’s TSX Venture listing and financing. This Technical Report updates and supersedes a previous Technical Report by Scott Wilson Roscoe Postle Associates Inc. (Scott Wilson RPA, predecessor company to RPA), which documented a Mineral Resource estimate on the Fusion Uranium Zone. The previous Technical Report is dated July 10, 2009, the title is “Technical Report on the Fusion Uranium Zone Project, RB2 Claim Group, Uranium City, Saskatchewan, Canada”, and the authors are William E. Roscoe, Ph.D., P.Eng., and R. Barry Cook, M.Sc., P.Eng. Red Rock is a mineral exploration company which holds a 100% interest in 14 claims covering approximately 9,668 ha located in close proximity to Uranium City, Saskatchewan. In 2008, Red Rock carried out a diamond drilling program on the RB2 claim group to investigate what has been called the Fusion Uranium Zone. RPA visited the Project on November 23-26, 2008. RPA has not carried out a site visit in connection with this updated Technical Report due to winter conditions, but will undertake a site visit when conditions permit in early summer 2017. | |
