| ABSTRACT: | On October 3rd, 2016, RedQuest Capital Corp. of Vancouver BC, mandated Michel Boily (PhD, geo.) to write a 43-101F1 Technical Report on the Lake Ménarik property located in the James Bay area of Québec, within the La Grande greenstone belt. The Lake Ménarik property represents a property of merit for RedQuest Capital Corp. The gold mineralization is widespread on the southern claims block and commonly associated with pyritebearing quartz veins injected in shear and deformation zones developed principally at the margins of a porphyritic monzonite pluton. The property stands out by the presence of extremely high gold assay values found consistently in mineralized quartz veins (e.g. 10-500 g/t Au); a characteristic corroborated by the author’s own sampling of the principal showings yielding gold concentrations between 2.57 and 69.10 g/t Au, with an average of 16.48 g/t (n=16). Hrafang Exploration Inc (Harfang”, the “Vendor”) has entered into a letter of agreement with RedQuest Capital Corp. (“RedQuest” the “Issuer”) for the completion of a business combination, whereby “RedQuest” and “Harfang” will merge pursuant to an amalgamation, a triangular amalgamation, a purchase by “RedQuest” of all of the issued and outstanding securities of “Harfang” or such other method to complete the transaction in consideration of all applicable securities laws and regulations. | |
