| ABSTRACT: | The Southern Spectrum Mineral Property (the “Property”) is an early stage CuMo-Ag-Au exploration project covering 1,874.4 hectares in southern British Columbia. The Property is located in rugged mountainous terrain 30 kms northwest of Pemberton, B.C., and has yielded high Cu, Mo, Ag and Au results from grab and soil samples during current and past exploration programs. Property owners Mike Blady (50%) and Chris Paul (50%) have concluded an earn-in option agreement for up to 100% ownership of the Property with Rain Resources Corp. Rain Resources contracted the author to prepare a technical report on the Property geology, to the standards of Canadian National Instrument 43-101. The report is intended to support Rain Resources Corp.’s listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange CSE) by showing that the Property warrants further exploration and qualifies as a property of merit. Ridgeline Exploration Services Inc. (“Ridgeline Exploration”) has been operating the exploration program on the Property on behalf of Rain Resources Corp. Ridgeline Exploration has collected 56 surface grab samples plus 4 soil samples, as well as completed a helicopter magnetic survey over the claims. Highest values include 2.35% Mo, 17.65% Cu, 131 g/t Ag and 8 g/t Au, out of the total of 60 samples collected. | |
