ABSTRACT:This report was prepared to provide a National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101”) compliant Technical Report and Updated Mineral Resource Estimate on the Copper-Lead-Zinc-Gold-Silver mineralization contained in the Murray Brook Deposit, located approximately 60 kilometres to the west of the town of Bathurst, New Brunswick. The Murray Brook Project (“the Property” or “the Project”) is subject to purchase agreements between Puma Exploration Inc. (the project operator) and Votorantim Metals Canada Inc. and El Nino Ventures Inc. Votorantim Metals Canada Inc. holds a 67.9% interest and El Nino Ventures Inc. holds a 32.1% interest. This Technical Report was prepared by P&E Mining Consultants Inc. (“P&E”) at the request of Mr. Marcel Robillard, President of Puma Exploration Inc. The Murray Brook Project has past production from near surface oxidized mineralization. The current report updates a resource estimate based on drilling during the period 2010 to 2012, when 166 holes were drilled for a total of 29,718 m. Puma Exploration is evaluating the property for potential underground development. This Technical Report incorporates P&E’s NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimate for sulphide and oxide mineralization. P&E recommends that Puma advance the project with extended and advanced technical studies particularly in metallurgical and geotechnical matters with the intention to advance the project to an underground Preliminary Economic Assessment Study level.
